About Us
Ping Pong Parkinson is an international initiative
founded in 2017 in the USA by Croatian-American
musician and peace activist Nenad Bach.
It brings the positive effects of table tennis to people with
Parkinson’s disease – improving motorskills, balance,
and reaction time while offering joy and movement. Just as important, it creates a supportive community and
strengthens social connections.
Today, we are happy to share the wonderful news that
Ping Pong Parkinson has now arrived in Estonia! We are starting training sessions here to give people a new way to improve their health and quality of life.
Our goal is to involve as many participants as possible
and to raise awareness about Parkinson’s disease.
In Estonia, we hope to build a warm and supportive
network that connects both players and supporters.
Who Are We?
We are a group of people united by the wish to bring the
spirit and energy of Ping Pong Parkinson to Estonia.
Among us are people living with Parkinson’s, their family members, and volunteers who believe in the power of movement and community. Our aim is to create a place where everyone feels
welcome, can move within their abilities, and share the
joy of being together.
Ping Pong Parkinson Estonia is open to all – whether you are a player, a supporter, or simply curious.
