I. General
1.1 The non-profit association is named PisuPosuParkinsoni Estonia MTÜ (hereinafter the Association).
1.2 The Association’s location is Tallinn, Republic of Estonia.
1.3 The Association’s term is unlimited and it carries out its activities in accordance with the Non-profit Associations Act.
1.4 The Association’s legal address and registered address is determined by a management board member.
II. Objectives and Activities
2.1 The Association’s main goals are:
2.1.1 To provide support and information to people with Parkinson’s disease.
2.1.2 To organize recreational activities.
2.1.3 To organize educational events.
2.1.4 Social and care activities.
2.1.5 Support for members and their families.
2.2 To achieve its goals, the Association:
2.2.1 Organizes meetings, seminars, training, and other events.
2.2.2 Provides information and consultation services.
2.2.3 Cooperates with specialists and organizations.
2.2.4 Organizes leisure activities.
2.2.5 Disseminates information about the disease.
2.2.6 Maintains regulatory and technical documentation.
2.2.7 Establishes international cooperation and participates in international organizations.
2.2.8 Represents members’ interests to government authorities.
III. Membership
3.1 Membership types:
3.1.1 Members can be natural persons who share the Association’s goals.
3.1.2 Membership is voluntary and based on an application.
3.1.3 Members are accepted by the general meeting (majority vote).
3.1.4 Membership ends at the member’s request or in cases provided by law.
3.2 Member rights:
3.2.1 Participate in the Association’s activities.
3.2.2 Nominate and be nominated for management bodies.
3.3 Member obligations:
3.4. Membership fees are set by the general meeting.
IV. Management Bodies and Structure
4.1. General meeting
4.1.1 Consists of the Association’s members.
4.1.2 Adopts decisions by simple majority unless otherwise provided by the statutes.
4.1.3 Decides on amendments to the statutes and the Association’s legal acts.
4.2. Management board
4.2.1 Leads day-to-day operations and represents the Association in legal relations.
4.2.2 Consists of at least one member.
4.2.3 Makes decisions by majority vote.
4.3. Auditor
4.3.1 If needed, the general meeting elects an auditor.
4.3.2 The auditor’s term is unlimited.
V. Assets, Accounting and Reporting
5.1. The Association’s assets consist of:
5.1.1 Membership fees.
5.1.2 Donations, grants, and sponsorships.
5.1.3 Income from activities and other lawful income.
5.1.4 Gifts and other voluntary contributions.
5.1.5 Other income not prohibited by law, including grants from member organizations.
VI. Amendments
6.1. Amendment procedure:
6.1.1 The general meeting decides on amendments with a 2/3 majority.
• The board may propose amendments.
• Members may propose amendments.
• Amendments must be announced in advance.
• Other conditions.
• Amendments take effect upon registration.
6.1.2 The statutes may be changed if at least 2/3 of members vote in favor.
6.1.3 Amendments are valid from registration, unless decided otherwise by the general meeting (2/3) or specified otherwise (§7.4).
6.2. Termination
6.2.1 The Association may be dissolved by the general meeting with a 2/3 majority.
• The board may propose dissolution.
• Members may propose dissolution.
• Dissolution must be announced in advance.
• Property is transferred to organizations with similar goals.
• Other conditions.
• Assets remaining after dissolution go to an organization with similar goals, unless members decide otherwise.
VII. Final Provisions, Changes, Additions
7.1 The Association operates in accordance with current legislation.
7.2 In matters not regulated by the statutes.
7.3 Amendments to the statutes that ensure compliance with the Non-profit Associations Act (in force).
7.4 Dissolution and liquidation follow legal procedures.

BECOMING A MEMBER:
1. You can become a member of our club by submitting an application in which you confirm that you have read the statutes of the Motus Sports Club NGO and agree to fulfil the rights and responsibilities of a member arising from them.

2. The application is approved by the board of the Motus Sports Club.
3. Members can participate in competitions under the club’s name, attend events organized by the Motus Sports Club for free, join our training sessions and courses for free or at a discounted rate compared to non-members, wear clothing and items with Motus Sports Club symbols, and use various other discounts made available specifically to our club by partner organizations.
4. The membership fee is 20 euros per year.
