                  About
                  Linkedin
I am a Solutions Architect at Riverty with 13+ years of full-stack development experience in the finance domain. I specialize in solution and event-driven architecture and building scalable systems. Proficient with Miro, Apache Kafka, Azure Event Hub, and modern collaboration tools, I bring a hands-on approach to complex system design, data flows, and cross-team delivery. At Ping Pong Parkinson Estonia, my skills help design clear organizational processes, scale operations responsibly, optimize workflows, and build the technical infrastructure needed for sustainable growth and measurable impact.

                  Why I Joined
I have always wanted to help people. After a professional table tennis player friend introduced me to research on the benefits of table tennis for Parkinson’s, I was inspired by the possibilities. Together, we launched Ping Pong Parkinson Estonia—seeing that it’s more than a sport; it’s a way to create real, lasting change.

                  What I Enjoy
I value the team’s collaborative spirit and the momentum of building together. I enjoy the continuous search for new opportunities to support people living with Parkinson’s and the focus on turning ideas into practical, scalable solutions.

                  Personal Touch
I am married and a proud father of two—a daughter and a son. I hope that what the team is building today will inspire my children to carry the mission forward in the future.

                  Short Introduction / About Me
                  Linkedin
I have higher military education and I am a reserve officer. I also studied in the MA programme in Recreation Management.

I work as a business consultant and run my own e-commerce company. In addition, I am a high school teacher of State Defence, where I support and educate young people.

I run a sports club where we organize sports events, work with volunteers, manage a surf club, and organize kayaking trips. I have strong experience in business and sports event planning and management, project fundraising, and working with clients and partners.

Why I Joined Ping Pong Parkinson
I wanted to be part of an international project from the start — a project that helps people and improves their quality of life. I also have many years of experience managing a non-governmental organization (NGO), and Ping Pong Parkinson felt like the right place to use my skills to make a positive impact.

What You Enjoy Most About Being Part of the Team
I like that our team thinks big and works in a strategic way from the start. We are different people with different skills and backgrounds, which makes a good team and helps us move forward faster. We support each other and work well together.

Any Personal Connection to Parkinson’s or Table Tennis
My grandmother was the leader of a local Parkinson’s NGO, Narva Parkinsoni Selts, for many years. Now I am also working in this field, which feels meaningful and not by chance.

                  Fun Fact / Personal Touch
“I’m a Scorpio — friendly by default, joking hard when needed.”

                  Professional Background

I am a 38-time Estonian table tennis champion, with titles across all major events: 16 in doubles 14 in singles 8 in mixed doubles

In addition to national success, I have also achieved dominance at the club level, winning 12 Estonian Meisterliga titles.

These results reflect years of dedication, consistency, and passion for the sport — both individually and as part of a team.

                  My background includes:
                  1.
                  Education in Logistics
                  2. Founder of Sport Agency OÜ — www.sportagency.ee
                  3. Vice President of the charity Racketlon Masters Foundation — www.racketlonfoundation.com
                  4. Professional table tennis player
                  5. Coach

In the past year, my team and I started a new project connected with table tennis.
We opened a chapter of Ping Pong Parkinson Estonia, aiming to help people with cognitive diseases.

                  My role in the team:
Member of the Board / Organization
                  Management of sporting events

I joined Ping Pong Parkinson Estonia because I truly believe in the power of sport to heal, connect, and inspire.

Table tennis is more than just a game — it is a way to fight back, build community, and bring joy into lives affected by Parkinson’s.

Supporting this charity means supporting people who refuse to give up — who turn challenges into motivation and isolation into connection.

I am proud to stand with them, play with them, and help grow a global movement of strength, dignity, and hope.

What I enjoy most is the sense of belonging — being surrounded by people who understand, support, and uplift each other.
We push one another to grow, not just as players, but as individuals.

There is real strength in the way we show up for each other — with laughter, determination, and shared purpose.
It’s more than a team — it truly feels like family.

It would be great if people could support our charity by donating via QR code.

Outside of table tennis, I love spending time with my family — especially sharing laughs with my sons.
Their energy keeps me smiling and reminds me why I keep moving forward, both on and off the table.
